Booking Policy
To secure your booking, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment time is reserved just for you. 

Refill Appointment Terms 
- We Do Not Refill Lashes from Other Studios: Refill appointments are available exclusively for clients who had their original set applied at Cathy Beauty Studio. If your initial set was done at another salon, please book a removal and a new set.
- Refill Requirements: Please ensure that you have at least 30% of your lash extensions remaining and that your refill appointment is scheduled within 4 weeks of your last visit.

- Lash Cleaning Requirement: The number of lashes applied during an appointment depends on the time available. Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to allow maximum application time, as time taken to remove build-up or residue will reduce the number of lashes we can apply.

Allergic Reaction Terms  
- Health and Safety Priority: Your health is our top priority. If you have had any previous allergic reactions to lash extensions, please book a consultation and patch test prior to your appointment.

- Consultation Requirement: If sensitivities are not disclosed before booking, and the appointment cannot proceed due to a reaction risk, our cancellation policy will apply.

- If, during the consultation, it’s determined that lash extensions may pose a risk for you, and you choose not to proceed, 50% of the appointment fee will apply.

Late Arrivals  
- Punctuality: Arriving late may require a shortened service time, and the full appointment charge will still apply. We cannot extend appointments beyond the scheduled time to accommodate late arrivals.

- Cancellation for Excessive Lateness: If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time without prior notice, the appointment may be canceled, and the full charge will apply. 

Cancellation Policy    
- 48-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This can be done online or by text.

- Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, and the full payment may be charged.

- No-Show Policy: Full payment applies for no-shows or missed appointments. However, if you cannot make it, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

- Reschedules: With more than 48 hours' notice, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment.

- Refund Exceptions: All deposits are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, a refund may be granted at management’s discretion with a $5 processing fee applied.
